tkdBill
Contract is a bad wordYou are correct, I only used it because that is how you asked. We call it a membership.I do my own billing via debit or credit card. I'm thinking about using a billing company because it's starting to get to be too much. I like to focus on teaching and my personal development.--

Are you a part of an org or are you independant? Adam (Fluffy) Huntleyhttps://www.rleeermey.comhttps://www.martialartsindustry.net
tkdBill
Are you a part of an org or are you independant?I am part of Taekwondo America, and organization of about 60 schools in the U.S. Unlike most other orgs, there is no owner or small group of owners. It is owned by the school owners. The president is elected periodically, and is one of my peers, a school owner. They certify instructors and do rank promotions for everyone above 2nd degree.--

Daedalus
I go to Megaton Brazillian Jiu Jitsu Academy and there is no belt testing fee whatsoever. Infact there aren't even belt tests. When the head instructor feels your ready he gives you a belt. Peace and may God be with you...Deus Ex Remake

isshinryu5toforever
Our belt testing fees start at $20 and go up from there. Dan tests are $100 flat fee. We're completely independent of organizations, so we charge what we think is fair. We make deals with families. We don't charge them inornate amounts of money, especially if there are 4 or 5 of them. Our monthly dues are only $30 for two classes a week. And again with families we cut deals. He who knows others is wise.
