ivette_green Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 There seems to be a Japanese movie that was made a few years ago about Sosai Mas Oyama. Has anyone seen the movie? Could you comment on the movie? Where did you see it? Do you know where I could get it online (with subtitles)? Thanks! "Don't tell me what I can't do."
Drithen Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 I rent movies from Netflix, and I've gotten a few of the ones you're talking about, Sonny Chiba plays Oyama and does quite a good job at it.. Exellent movies a must see for any karateka "Whatever you do, do from the heart, as for the Lord and not for others. -Colossians 3:23

kzshin Posted July 28, 2005 Posted July 28, 2005 I watched the figher in the wind. great story, but fight scene is not impressive. I guess it's cuz the person who played Oyama is not a real martial artist. so those fight scene looks unreal. esepcially compare to ONG BAK
ovine king Posted July 28, 2005 Posted July 28, 2005 Did someone just imply that fight scenes in ong bak are realistic? Or did he just mean that it was worse than the things in ong bak? earth is the asylum of the universe where the inmates have taken over.don't ask stupid questions and you won't get stupid answers.
Menjo Posted July 28, 2005 Posted July 28, 2005 maybe he meant the fight scences arent as regular and different than most martial art movies like ong bak "Time is what we want most, but what we use worst"William Penn
