Mu Ryuk Posted July 12, 2005 Posted July 12, 2005 Does anyone know anything about martial arts using the battle axe, or know anywhere I could find out about it, books, videos, etc?I'm not talking about the Chinese battle axe, but the large medieval type...I guess it would be Celtic or Renassaince? I will post a picture of mine if I get a chance.I would appreciate any information, this is a weapon I would like to learn how to use.Tang Soo! Passion transcends pain.

UseoForce Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 I'd actually rather fight with a small axe and a shield, but thats just me. If it works, use it!If not, throw it out!
McBeth Posted July 30, 2005 Posted July 30, 2005 Mu Ryuk,There are probably a handful of decent instructors out there for battle axe training. But I personally would only recommend one such individual. I've met this guy and he is both intense and extremely skilled. He teaches something called Yashai Warcraft. Check out his website and email him:https://www.blayshalla.com
kiba no chi Posted July 30, 2005 Posted July 30, 2005 I'd actually rather fight with a small axe and a shield, but thats just me. well yea, id rather fight with a katana, but thats just me too How many blosom's are on that tree?It is impossible to count,The number's continuoulsy change.
Why_Worry Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 Yeah, who doesnt want to fight witha really big axe. I mean the bigger the weapon the more fun. I mean a giant sword would be even more fun, but good luck finding one let alone an instructor. Focus
