We had to do the full Kihon which is:Seiken Chudan TsukiSeiken Yodan TsukiUraken Gamen UchiUraken Sayo UchiUraken Hiso UchiUraken Mawachi UchiSeiken Ago UchiSeiken Chita TsukiHigi Yoko Yodan UchiSeikein Yodan UkeSeiken Chudan Soto UkeSeiken Chudan Uchi UkeSeiken Gedan BaraiSeiken Uchi Uke Gedan BaraiChutou Gamen UchiChutou Sakotsu UchiChutou Sakotsu Uchi KomiChutou Uchi UchiChutou Hiso UchiMae KeageUchi MawachiSoto MawachiHisa KeriKin KeriMae KeriMawachi KeriYoko KeageKansetsu KeriYoko KeriUchiro KeriThen, we had to stand on our knuckles for 30 secs(I didn't know about this, so I nearly didn't pass...), 30 pushups on our knuckles, Taikyoku Ichi, ni, san, Jumping a 1.5m obstacle with Yoko Tobi Keri, breaking a board with Chutou, and 1min Kumite...I am SO GODDAMN HAPPY.
