This procedure is to find your relaxed powerlevel.

1. What's your weight?

2. What's your age?

3. How tall are you in inches?

Now, add your weight, age, pounds you can lift(bench press) and how tall you are in inches, together and divide by 50. There's your Power Level.

In the pounds that we bench, is it only one rep? Because I do 3 sets of 10 reps.

There will always be the Jackie Chans and Jet Li's who will come along and dazzle us with their screen antics. But Bruce Lee was a seeker of knowledge, a true master of the fighting arts and philosophy.

I dotn see any coennection with the factors involved since lets say 10 years age difference is equal to 10 pounds of bench press :-? I calcuklated anyways and it came up to : 8.34
