elbows_and_knees Posted July 9, 2005 Share Posted July 9, 2005 I'd do both. since I currently compete standup anyway, I'd be used to k-1, and my grappling experience would help in mma. my standup is better than my groundwork though - I'd definitely do better in k-1.
