You know were st roberts or waynesville is. basically I am at Fort Leonard wood (US army base) I heard of some good places up in springfield. I know of a good Muay thai, pro mixed martial artist that travles around missouri and teaches's people and frequents gyms. You heard of Jeff Ford? If your close at all to St Louis they have Vaughi's Jiu-Jitsu up there. Rodrigo Vaughi is a black belt under Rickson Gracie.
