Sankaku Jime
There is also a great deal of attention paid to evasion and spying. Most of the other stuff people posted was accurate. There is also a great deal of attention paid to ground fighting contrary to what someone else posted. The groundfighting/grappling aspect is called Jutaijutsu. The regular stand up aspect is called Dakentaijutsu. There are also several other techniques or "jutsu" incorporated into Budo Taijutsu.
