Ninjitsu
Well I practice it, I take Iga Ryu Ninjitsu, I used to do it when I took Hung Gar. We would do it while squeezing those iron rings To fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting.-Sun Tzu, the Art of War

Anbu Alex
I believe that all combative arts have some form or an idea of iorn body training in it especialy arts with full contact sparring cause it is just basically your body getting use for taking impact from blows (conditioning) White belt for life"Destroy the enemies power but leave his life"

elbows_and_knees
the list of styles that incorporate it would be WAY too long. However, most chinese styles do it. Also, from an external point of view, thai boxiners do it. Internally, it is done in OMA via the sanchin kata, as has been said.Iron body is really just body conditioning from an external point of view - you are hardening your body to withstand blows. Some styles also utilize an "internal" component. There is more than just iron body among chinese styles, there is:iron bodyiron palmgolden belliron crotchiron shirtjust to name a few.
