Menjo Posted July 13, 2005 Author Posted July 13, 2005 Not really, ill run 1.5k in the morning to wake me up and then later in the afternoon maybe run 3-5k depending how if feel and at night ill run to I get tired......so I dont think thats much of a program "Time is what we want most, but what we use worst"William Penn
elbows_and_knees Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 If you are running that much, you shouldn't have a problem... keep doing what you're doing, but increase the distance a little every other day. However, 5k is fine. fighting is largely anaerobic, which is where the focus should be. there is really no need to be able to run any further than 5-7k.
Menjo Posted July 13, 2005 Author Posted July 13, 2005 ok yea lately its been improving quite alot but still "Time is what we want most, but what we use worst"William Penn
elbows_and_knees Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 but still? What's the rush? just let it improve over time. Like I said, if you intend on fighting, your main focus should be anaerobic anyway.
