Not really, ill run 1.5k in the morning to wake me up and then later in the afternoon maybe run 3-5k depending how if feel and at night ill run to I get tired......so I dont think thats much of a program

If you are running that much, you shouldn't have a problem... keep doing what you're doing, but increase the distance a little every other day.

However, 5k is fine. fighting is largely anaerobic, which is where the focus should be. there is really no need to be able to run any further than 5-7k.

but still? What's the rush? just let it improve over time. Like I said, if you intend on fighting, your main focus should be anaerobic anyway.
