viskous Posted June 28, 2005 Author Posted June 28, 2005 k sounds like good advice........i am also starting chi gong (spellin??) do you think my instructor would no much about zhan zhuang??........i might call my dad too he's a big martial arts "guru" lol..........anyways thankyou again
Kajukenbopr Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 I dont think all Chi Kung masters know too much about Zhan Zhuang, though they should know about the 3 circle posture.....its a bit too advanced for you right now thoughwhy dont you give normal Chi Kung (Chi Qong) some time? see what it has to offer, it should be more than enough... <> Be humble, train hard, fight dirty
viskous Posted June 28, 2005 Author Posted June 28, 2005 yah i could do that its just that i only have chi kung once a week, and i cant really do it on my own until ive practiced it enough, plus i have alotta free time, so i was hoping i could find something that i could do on my own to supplement only doing chi kung once a week
Kajukenbopr Posted June 30, 2005 Posted June 30, 2005 the 2 books i mentioned are the best to do at your own time....the rest is being patient.... <> Be humble, train hard, fight dirty
