k sounds like good advice........i am also starting chi gong (spellin??) do you think my instructor would no much about zhan zhuang??........i might call my dad too he's a big martial arts "guru" lol..........anyways thankyou again

I dont think all Chi Kung masters know too much about Zhan Zhuang, though they should know about the 3 circle posture.....

its a bit too advanced for you right now though

why dont you give normal Chi Kung (Chi Qong) some time? see what it has to offer, it should be more than enough...

yah i could do that its just that i only have chi kung once a week, and i cant really do it on my own until ive practiced it enough, plus i have alotta free time, so i was hoping i could find something that i could do on my own to supplement only doing chi kung once a week

the 2 books i mentioned are the best to do at your own time....

the rest is being patient....
