The sad part is, this is life. We all end up working at a job that we don’t like, waiting for a better one to come along. You say you’re 15, that’s about how old I was when I was your age. My first job was at 15 at a gas station/car wash. I was the guy that cleans out the bays after a big trailer comes through. I also prepped cars going through the automatic and restocked the armor-all machines. I left there to work for a lawn mowing company for the summer. My next job was at 16, Instructing Martial Arts classes for $6.50/hr.

Put in your application at other places, don’t limit yourself to just waiting/bussing tables (unless that’s your passion or something). Try Wal-mart or convenience stores.

I can tell you, I LOATHE bussing tables. I did ask if I could be allowed to host, and they agreed to that. So I'll get to host for a while, I think. Once I'm 16, I'm out of here.

That's pretty pessimistic. I work two pretty great internships and I'll most likely enjoy my job post-graduation. I've worked some bad jobs but that doesn't mean that I'm doomed to a lifetime of them. Essentially, a large part of college is finding the skills that will allow you to pursue a job that you will enjoy.

At first i find its usually true( i had a paper route for 17 cents a paper lol sometimes if i was lucky id get a 2cent bonus....talk about lame huh?) anyway later in life if you make sure and do everything in your power you can land a career that youll never want to leave, but then some things you just cant fight which really sucks :(
