Kieran-Lilith
Does anyone know of any books or sites or even information they could tell me here about the 5 Japanese elements, or godai? Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Void. I know these are different from the Chinese 5 elements, but I don't know how much or anything. Note: Not really sure which part of the forum this belongs in. Akemoshi
i never really looked into the japanese elements. more or less because when i think about it, it doesn't make since. im not even sure that air and void are apart of it, if it is... then i see no since on how it is possible for them to interact. the 5 chinese elements make perfect since: earth, fire, wood, water, and metal. no one element can exsist without the other. as for the japanese, i dont see how they get air and void in there? now if you'd like some help on the chinese elements, i can explain the best i can. i would also like to point you in the direction of the chinese.i honestly think the chinese 5 elements makes since, so i believe you should study that rather than the japanese 5 elements. its just my suggestion, but if you choose otherwise and find out some information on the japanese elements, please let me know. ----------------Take Care, Everyone.- Akemoshi----------------
