Are there any online exercises available to help someone develop Iron Palm to a slight degree?

And as for Fa Jin, what is the best way to develop that ability besides Zhan Zhuang? If no others then can someone recommend some positions that focus primarily on that skill? Thank you. :D

There are probably a million books and instructional videos on the subject. Just do some quick googling and you should be set to jet.

For what it is worth, I would keep doing Zhan Zhuang as it will help you build up your internal energy and you will be able to Fa Jin much harder. Our grandmaster told us to practice Zhan Zhuang as usual, but to hold ones hands at a 90 degree angle from your sides (look like a robot with your forearms out) and hold that position, feeling the chi jump between hands. Grandmaster said this is the position to hold forever if one wants do develop powerful fajin techniques. good luck.

if all else fails, search for "tweed palm" or "tweed strike" its the same thing, different name. Not many people know of it. however, my sensei is begining to teach me and he just happened to know of this other name.
