greenbelt_girl15
Right now I'm on Pinan Godan which corresponds with greenbelt two brown stripes. The order of our belts is: White, one green stripe, two green stripes, green, one brown stripe, two brown stripes, brown, one black, two black, black, ect... God has not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of love, a spirit of power, and of self-discipline.2 Timothy 1:

strangepair03
Polishing my empty hand and trying to get a good grasp on Tokumine no kun bo kata, have the moves but just can't get it smooth yet....Oh well, plenty of time!! A punch should stay like a treasure in the sleeve. It should not be used indiscrimately.Kyan Chotoku Sensei
shotokanbeginner
I have just began learning bassai which I find is quite hard. I thought and still think heian nidan is very difficult. everyone has fear, but it is when we let it overcome us that we losesoft, hard, slow, fast components of kata
