i have almost masterd heian nidan and will soon be yellow belt

"mastered" is such a strong word :D

Sensei is a Yondan in Shotokan and is still trying to "master" any of his katas.

Just teasing, I know what you meant.

I'm currently working on Kushanku and Nai Hanchi for my 2nd Kyu grading. I've done Pinan Nidan, Pinan Shodan, Pinan Sandan, Pinan Yodan and Pinan Godan as well in that order.

Heian Nidan is a purple belt form in my dojo. The last form i learnt was "Inglise" (forgive me on the spelling) which is a 3rd Dan form. Very nice and flowing. I am also working on smoothing out "Shaolin Long Fist"

katas im actively working on:

hookiyu kata dai ich/ni

gekisai dai ich/ni/san

gekiha dai ich/ni

saifa

gakuse no kata

seyunchin kata

I never practice one kata alone, regardless of if its new to me. Always going back to the basics proved to be useful for me.
