Bruce WillPete7
Good site that Bilang.com, make sure you stretch a healthy load before you unleash your extreme kicking upon the world. Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless like water. When you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup; when you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle; when you put water into a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow- or it can crash. Be water my friend. ~Bruce Lee
ivette_green
You can kind of tell that they all train together. If you see a few of their sample videos you can spot a few of the same moves. Manny Brown's video on the Bilang site is pretty cool as well. "Don't tell me what I can't do."
Sam
There's also only so much you can do with jumping and kicking!
SANCHIN31
There's also only so much you can do with jumping and kicking! Nothing wrong with sport martial arts as long as they are taught as sport. Jumping fancy kicks do not relate to self defense. A blackbelt is not the beginning,it's a piece of cloth, that's all.

ninjanurse
I studied in a dojo that encouraged "extreme kicking" on the side, and only for those interested. I'll have to admit it is quite an accomplishment when you finally get one and always a challenge to try another. Also, no one ever even thought about using any of it in sparring...you'd get your tush handed to you by the KJN if you did! Sam
Lol, depends on the style of sparring really doesnt it though... full contain to KO, point spar, full contact points, NHB, etc... you could maybe get one in, in a semi contact point match ITF style, if it were one of the lighter weight divisions.I myself love aerial techniques just for the amount of balance it gives you, and the jump power it gives, just makes a lot of other things easier to do - good for breaking to.
