KLax87
SBD is a great art. I'm a 2nd Dan in it, and have trained in it for 8-9 years. I started when i was 5. When i was almost 15, i moved to ATL and stopped training in the MA. I focused more on HS sports. Now, I am getting back into the MA world and I really do love it. Im not sure if SBD is the right style for me any more, but there are certainly a TON of great aspects to it. The only complaint I really have about SBD would be the lack of focus on grappling techniques. I feel that on the ground I would be quite inferior (thats why I dont plan on going there ). Dan # is 36884. good luck to all of u going to the nationals!! 2nd Dan Soo Bahk Do. Dan Bon - 36884

aefibird
Mix it with BJJ. Brazilian Soo Bahk Jitsu!Do you think that BJJ and SBD work well together? Is this why you train in both of them, or is it more because you enjoy both MA's? "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..."
