Just wanted to say in the most recent issue there is an excellent article dealing with this very issue.

also people that street fight - compared to self defense situations is completely different liek you say.... self defense is liekly when a fight starts for whatever reason - street fighting suggests people going out to fight..... very very very different situations to be in

Street fighters are punks looking to prove themselves. They are IMO nothing but scum. Avoid them at all cost. But if they just wont stay away, Let them know whats up.

camon not all street fighters are scum most are just normal guys who where badly treated as kids or have had one to many drinks. not my kind of friend but i have more sympathy than anger.

And some of them are people who just enjoy fighting and might be slightly sociopathic.....

well, dont you consider people who drink too much and get into fights dangerous people?

and even worse if they do it for kicks. If they like getting into fights , they should train and go into ultimate fighting or something, not go looking for a fight with anyone on the streets, they could really hurt someone or get hurt or killed themselves.

yes but training takes time, and they would be in a more even fighting field,..... the sort of people who get drunk and go looking for fights arent lookign for a fair and safe competition theyre looking to hurt someon, redouble and reinforce their ego, and sometimes just hurt people.

no - but they do get the same sympathy from the law everyone else enjoys...so you have to be careful in how you show any lakc of "sympathy" you may have
