Pushing hands/push hands competition. It's a technique used in Tai Chi and other Internal styles. It's to do with sensitivity, in a similar way that Sticking Hands training is.

I've never competed in Pushing Hands contests because I don't have enough Tai Chi training experience yet, but I know a couple of people from my kwoon who have.

then in response - no ive never done that, done beating each otehr up while standing 6 inches away - but thats not really the same thing :D

Can someone elaborate even more on that? What kind of sensitivity are you talking about?
