aefibird Posted June 1, 2005 Posted June 1, 2005 Pushing hands/push hands competition. It's a technique used in Tai Chi and other Internal styles. It's to do with sensitivity, in a similar way that Sticking Hands training is. I've never competed in Pushing Hands contests because I don't have enough Tai Chi training experience yet, but I know a couple of people from my kwoon who have. "Was it really worth it?
