Jay Posted September 16, 2005 Share Posted September 16, 2005 i think the best way to stretch is to just practice kicking higher and higher eventually you will be able to kick very high just make sure you warm up it can be painful if you dont as one day i found that out but it was ok in about 5 min after so no harm done i think The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
