I kickboxed three years ago and have FINALLY decided to get back into it...one problem...I forgot how to put on my hand wraps...are there any websites to give me a step-by-step instruction?

(There are a variety of ways to wrap but this is an easily understood description of with pics) I tend to double up my wrapping around my wrists for extra support, just be sure you make a fist while wrapping so as you don't wrap to tightly!

make sure you put more emphasis on the wrist when wrapping, its the most sensitive and important part to protect :wink:

Maybe i could answer that question for you.

 

You wrap your hands with hand wraps to make your hands stronger and not able to break as easily :nod:
