They're good for throwing / kicking at people to - if they're not warming up properly!!

Try warming up with the same way with a mini bouncy ball even the most co-ordinated person in the world will end up looking like they're permanently about ot fall over

At my school, we use a weighted badminton birdie and kick it across the room to each other. It helps a lot to build speed, accuracy, and reflex with your kicks and sweeps. Not to mention it is a good warm up.

I friend's just told me that breakdancers at her danceschool use it for warmups. :)
