Is anybody graduating from school this year?

Is it High school? If so, what's your summer plans?

Is it college? What now?

My oldest son just graduated from high school and is starting college during the summer session. He's taking algebra, he tested out of the two english courses.

Well next year will be my final year in high school (secondary school in the UK) and I'll be finishing my GCSE tests (another UK thing).

This Summer I want to chill because I've had so much work lately it's unbelievable. I look forward to being free and doing anything you like with all the time.

I graduate from university at Christmas this year.

I've been studying part-time for a university degree in English and Performing Arts. It's been hard work but a lot of fun too!

I graduated 3 yrs ago but the thing that I keep noticing is in regards to the old saying, "College/highschool are the best years of your life." I noticed early on, and continue to realize, whoever said that chose the wrong career. Once you are out of school you don't have homework, you get paid to do what you were paying someone to let you do the last several years, and everything does actually pertain to reality, not someones theory of reality that they have put in a book. So for those reasons, Congrats to all new grads in '05 and make the most of it :)

Getting a blackbelt just says you have learned the basics and are ready to actually study the form as an art.

I dunno, I kinda hafta agree with whoever said highschool is the best years of your life. Though, I can't say I'd know much about it, I am naught but a lowly freshman...but I will say, that I don't wanna get out for summer. I'm to the point where I even like the homework....oh well, guess that means I'll just have to train more in karate.
