hi! I'm a 14 year old chinese boy...that lives in Canada...is there anyway to learn qing gong at my age. I read the previous post about the shifting of the weight from leg to leg....Could i possibly learn how to do that and also is there anyone that can do that?...and how do i start training.......

I don't see why you can't learn Qi Qong at your age and I think most instructors would welcome you as a student. Find a school in yur area and check them out.

Unless I am mistaken, qing gong is a posture in Chen TC. It is a short series of specific movements in the Lao Jia form. All the movements in Chen are done with the shifting of weight to some extent. Other styles shift as well but the shifting in Chen is very pronounced. Of course you may be talking about something else. I didn't read the other thread that you referred to. :)
