Morgray
Dear ckdstudent, although meditation and breating techniques can help, it HAS a lot to do with conditioning. When your brain feels the danger it triggers the adrenaline pump and in such state your aerobic endurance is much lesser and you get tired faster. ckdstudent
Getting tired faster though isn't why you get the sickly feeling, that's because of the lack of blood to the digestive system which effectively shuts it down. ---------Pil SungJimmy B
Eye of the Tiger
when your threatend your body produces adrenaline to either help you fight like hell or run. Inj this case you fight and adrenaline pumps all the blood to your arms and legs that help you fight and no blood goes to your skin or stomach, or something like that. Or it could be fear. Hope it helps
ckdstudent
The adrenaline rush is actually aimed towards flight, not fight, it can simply be abused to 'help' you defend yourself. ---------Pil SungJimmy B
crazydee
well, one, you might have just been real tired and puked, or the adernaline level reached such a high level you puked, or you were so nervous you puked, or you had recieved a good bang to the head but has so much adernaline you didnt know you got hit so hard and you really had a concussion and puked. Last part is being serious. Head injuries can cause vomiting and nausea.

searcher
Ad, don't worry about it man I lose my lunch before and after a fight. The best way to learn to deal with it is to fight more often. If you are only training, go and fight in the ring where your opponent is trying to kick your butt, at least he has training. In time you will learn to deal with it like every fighter that has come before you. If you come to a point where you are not scared to fight, then you need to get nervous.
