I only know of 1 good book on thios topic (it may be difficult to find) but here it is

The filipino martial art by Inosarto

(again it may be hard to find due to the fact it was published soo many years ago but this is the only book I read on this topic)

Good luck

I can offer many more suggestions if you want something on the other weaponed arts (specfically kobudo)

Goju Ryu Karate-do and Okinawan Kobudo, 17 Years Old 1st kyu Brown Belt in in Goju Ryu Karate-do, & Shodan in Okinawan Kobudo

Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both....and surpass the result.
