Traditional-Fist
If your kungfu school is good then stick to kungfu. If you are in a hurry then take up Thai Boxing as you will develope fighting abilities faster. If you are patient and if your instructor is good I believe that you will get great results from your Shaolin training.Whatever you do I believe that you should not mix the two. Use your time on an art that is worthwhile and not on a dozen irrelevant "ways".

Goju_boi
can u get the same benefits from kick boxing and muay thai? https://www.samuraimartialsports.com for your source of Karate,Kobudo,Aikido,And Kung-Fu
CapitalKarate
I'd say go into boxing to learn how to defend yourself against boxing punches, or at least, learn how boxers think, and find a way to counter it. The best way to counter an art is first to learn the art you wish to counter. CapitalKarate
^^^ exactly. Though I've heard of some kickboxing schools being tougher than certain Muay Thai schools. Again, it depends upon the organization and the instructors. Joshua Brehm-When you're not practicing remember this; someone, somewhere, is practicing, and when you meet them, they will beat you. Muaythaiboxer
crosstraining is the way to go and boxing is probably the best style to crosstrain in. Fist visible Strike invisible
CapitalKarate
I would not go as far as to say boxing is the best to crosstrain in. It certainly is a good art to crosstrain in, but not be the best. It really depends upon what your core style is and what experience you've had in other arts.
