kicker Posted February 20, 2002 Posted February 20, 2002 When your Sparring do you mostly attack first or do you wait till the person you are sparring with attacks first?? Well I tend to attack lightly first then wait till my oppoinment attack to see what they can do then I try to attack their weakness or wait till the stop then attack for a while Also do you think that over time with Martial Arts you got more aggressive then before you didn't take MA??? Well before i did MA I was aggressive and now MA helped me to learn to get better at using my aggression at certain times any comment you would like to say about being aggressive?? when you do your best it`s going to show. YODA Posted February 20, 2002 Posted February 20, 2002 I am nowhere near as agressive now than I was before I took up martial arts - but I have the capacity to be. Bon Posted February 20, 2002 Posted February 20, 2002 (edited) ::edit:: Edited September 29, 2002 by Bon It takes sacrifice to be the best. There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy.
ThaiBoxeo Posted February 20, 2002 Posted February 20, 2002 I used to be aggressive but now that I've gotten alot better I wait for my time to strike and pick my shots
ramcalgary Posted February 21, 2002 Posted February 21, 2002 I would love to say that when I spar I pick my openings and move in kick and get out before being hit..but..... truth be told nothing like getting in and simply slamming body punches into another guys ribs until the bell rings. Very agressive but not much strategy. Honor is the most important thing a man has once you lose it it is gone forever
