I go mondays and wednesday my routines was a mess, a while ago like I was doing 45 minutes run then after that a 30 minute skipping the punching the punchbag, but I was not consistence the next week I would do run 3 times, next week 5 times later 2 times, 3 times, But now, I can't use a punchbag becasue my nuirbour complains, so now my workout is easy and I have to do indoors, if my routines is wrong for a beginner please correct me,Monday - p.m. mauy thaiTuesday - a.m. morning 4x2 minute burpee and shadowbox,P.m. Running, around 30 minutes with hill,Wednesday - Muay thai and maybe some gymThursday - running 30 minutesFriday - morning burpee and shadowbox 4x2 then situps, push upP.m. run 30 minutesSaturday - rest and lay down and eat all daysunday - 4x2 minute burpee, situpp.m. runningMy routine was a mess now my new routine is that,,, or soemthing similar becasue I might changed it, I'll post you back There will be a day that you can't cope with your life, I want you to look at the star and remember, I always smile back at you. luV u lots Jen
SevenStar Posted April 20, 2005 Posted April 20, 2005 the main issue I see with your program is actual skill time - you only have two days where you shadowbox and two days in class. each workout you have should focus on your skill somewhat - since you can't use the bag, then the next best method is shadowboxing. vary up the shadow boxing - there are several shadowboxing variations that fighters can use.The next problem I see is strength and muscle endurance. One day in the gym and a few sets of burpees isn't enough, IMO.
