SevenStar Posted April 15, 2005 Posted April 15, 2005 oh - I was under the assumption that you had planned on fighting sometime soon.I'm in the gym daily. MMACHAMP Posted May 15, 2005 Posted May 15, 2005 The way i train for a fight is by...doing cardio everyday....and training BJJ and muay thai and boxing 6 times a week for 7-8 hours a day. I ussually split it up by days instead of hours. And i run an hour every day. My diet ussually consists of 60% protein 40% carbs, and i drink alot of whey protein. I also do some lifting so that i have better strength when it comes to wrestling. Before a fight i listen to music that pumps me up and i try to visualize the fight and think of all the positive outcomes that could happen...i like to see everything that could happen and come up with a strategy that i see working in my head. Black belt? Yes i have a black belt but that belt only covers 2 inches of my butt. The rest i got to cover on my own.Royce Gracie - Jiu-jitsu master
