On 2002-02-15 15:20 and they are not promoted to black belt or something ridiculous like that when they are under 15.

 

Ah.....I know a few 12-13 year old black belts who are very disciplined and talented....I don't think there should be a set age to train or be promoted, becasue each individual martial artist is quite different.

16 Years Old

I know some kids that a very discplined too, but don't wear a black rag around their waist. The meaining of black belt's been lost, it's not something that's given to kids.
