hi i was wondering if there is a grappling dummy out there. i basically go to a bjj class twice a week, and tae kwon do, 2-3 times a week. i am looking for a dummy to practice my technique on off days, so i dont have to spend time reviewing. obviously its different on a person then a dummy but was just curious. thanks

Here's a link to the wrestling takedowns dummies... http://www.wrestlingadam.com/

Here's some links for making dummies that are good for throwing and locking...

You can also buy dummies that are just for throwing, but I don't have any links in my favorites right now.

I haven't made one yet, but I'm planning to.

Just knock a guy out or put him in a sleeper hold, you should have a minute or two before he wakes up. If you need more time, rinse and repeat!

Thats great and all, but he's asking about improving his grappeling technique. I hardly think a solid punch to the head will do that.

Hand to hand, heart to heart

If you don't come, i will not start

But if you start, i will arive first

And hit you continuiously untill i see red.
