CTpizzaboy Posted August 6, 2001 Posted August 6, 2001 The art of taekwondo requires one to use his leg more than other martial art but it does should not make your muscles sore unless one is not condition. The most important thing to remember is when kicking in the air during class, one must not imphacise power over techique. I know many people with bad knees and hips. iamrushman Posted August 6, 2001 Posted August 6, 2001 yes when practicing air kicking.. one must pay attention to technique over all. then, when it comes to power kicking you won't have to worry about technique and be able to concentrate on power. of course always pay attention to and never forget the basics. rushman (karate forums sensei)3rd dan wtf/kukkiwon"saying nothing...sometimes says the most"--e. dickerson
