MuayThaiFan Posted March 31, 2005 Posted March 31, 2005 Hello everyone, I am new to this site and have found this site to be very interesting and I like it for the information shared. I am new to martial arts in general. I am currently taking Muay Thai kickboxing and even though I am slightly older my prime objective is to be fit, which definitely my Muay Thai gym is helping me to do. The classes are great and very invigorating, the intensity of the workouts are no less then excellent. Like I said I am new to Muay Thai kickboxing new to any form of martial arts whatsoever. However for me Muay Thai is definitely beneficial even at my age ( soon to be 42 yrs old ). Well just thought I would introduce myself some and to say hello to everyone who is involved in this site. I am happy to be a member here and I think this forum and webiste is fantastic. Perserverence is admirable, keeping a positive outlook is beneficial, thriving in the face of challenge builds true character, being humble in all you do reminds you of who you are and where you came from.
