Love the name!

Welcome.

Question: What is the lineage for ACK?

I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.

Hi Pineapple & Red J, Thanks for the Welcome!!

Kenpo-Sloth describes how I move sssslowww, HA! HA!

I'm 40 and I've only been training 1+ year.

As for my school's lineage, we train in ACKKS the

American Chinese Kenpo Karate System under Master George Elmer Jr.

see The ACKKS website

A combination of Chinese (Tracy's Kenpo), American (Parker's Kenpo) and the unique innovations and elaborations of Master Elmer in regards to basics, techniques, sets/forms and weaponry. Our actual lineage will be posted on the website in the near future.

I was never concerned with actual lineage

I like to train and have fun!! :D

I had so much fun last night it's hard to move my right arm!!
