Hapkidodude
I just went to see Sifu Richard Bustillo. I am contemplating training at IMB Academy. I trained there before and have got the itch again. Has anyone here trained with a student of Bruce Lee? BrettThe Hand is quicker than the eye! Hapkidodude
I went to a seminar on Saturday. It was a fairly basic self defense seminar. It got the juices flowing though. The intensity of the place inspires you. I am going to start training there in March. I want to start clean at the start of the month. There is a rather large core of fighters there that is very good and is very eager to help. All around a good atmosphere to train in. BrettThe Hand is quicker than the eye! YODA
Sounds great! I wish MY Sifu live a little closer - Arkansas is a little too far away to make regular classes LOL! Hapkidodude
Right now I am just taking the Phase I JKD class 2 times a week and working out on my own with the heavy bag and weights on Sat. I plan to add muay thai kickboxing for the other two nights a week. I want to take ju jitsu but it is done by Machado and quite pricey. On Saturdays though I can train Ju Jitsu with a group that trains on their own. BrettThe Hand is quicker than the eye!
