ONE OF THE JUDGES WAS A 40 YEAR PRACTICIONER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 40 years!!! come on! I have 11 and 1/2 years under my belt and i am insulted at the fact that this 40 year master couldnt do it! WTF?

 

also, as far as belts go, everyone is a white belt, no matter what rank you hold, the journey is always begining.

Did the program name the particular style(s) that the guy trained in?

 

It's very sad that someone of 40 years MA

 

experience couldn't spot a fake from the real thing.

 

Still, from what you've all written it sounds that at least the guy had a good go at it. Kudos to him for trying even though he knew that he wasn't very skilful.

 

We have a similar show in the UK, but as far as I know no-one has done a MA "fake" on it yet.

that would be because the MA guys in this country are much better and would be much harder to fool.....

as for the UK series, the DJ one was cool as was the fashion desinger one.

i saw faking it- as a matter of fact im a memeber of that karte studio- not the one they saw on tv though. what im saying is that i go to AUnited studios of Self Defense
