Mtal
Does anyone have any experience with Systema? What is the style like? Punching, kicking, joint locks????? Is it a good street self defence? Does it take a long time to get good at it? I know they do stuff like multiple attackers, and other different things, not typical of other martial arts (I read something about mind control too, dont know about that one). Also it is done very slowly. I know I saw a little bit of it once, and it looked like a soft style. Any info would be great. I am looking for a school, like to take something that is good on the street. I was considering this. Thanks Jay Johnson
