How many forum members does it take to change a lightbulb...

Ah, well you need one to change the light bulb and one to post that the bulb has been changed; 14 to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs, and obviously, how the bulb could of been changed differently; 27 to point out spelling and grammar errors in the posts to the posts concering light bulbs; 53 to flame the spell checkers; 41 to correct the spelling and grammar of the flamers. 6 to argue over whether its "light bulb" or "lightbulb"...another 6 to condemn those 6 as anti anal-retentive; 2 industry pros to inform that the proper term is "lamp". 15 know-it-alls who claim they were in the industry and that "light bulb" is correct; 109 posts to post that this forum is not about light bulbs and to please take this discussion to a light bulb forum; 111 to depend the posting to this forum saying we all use light bulbs and therefore the posts are relevant to this forum; and one forum lurker to reply to it all about six months later...

I ganked that from another forum, thought ya'll might like it :D

 great! Thanks for sharing!

It reminds me of one of my favourite MA jokes:

Q:How many karateka (or other style of your choice!) does it take to change a lightbulb?

A:1,000,000 - One to change the bulb and the rest to stand around saying "Well, we don't do it like that in MY dojo!"

"Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..." The Beautiful South - The Rose of My Cologne

Funny sight in the dojo yesterday... Four people trying to take down one heavy bag =:-)

So, I have to ask... How many people does it take to lower the bag?

2 people too short to reach the clip, 1 person to remove the clip, 1 to hold the rope and to untangle the other's handwraps

The best a man can hope for

is, over the course of his lifetime,

to change for the better.
