xulu Posted March 10, 2005 Posted March 10, 2005 Legend states that around 400 CE - 500 CE, Da Mo : Bodhidarhma created Sho Pa Lo Han : 18 Postures of Lohan. This was basically the foundation of many styles that were established from that time period in Shaolin. Does anyone have any more information on this? It would be great if there is a site with explanation and graphics/pictures. But I am so keen to know, that any information will be welcome. Many thanks. Anu
