Hitman Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 It works best with the big DC-10 sticks, but now i'm getting into "you know you are an obsessive DRUMMER when..." Wish I had thought of it back in High School, cause our drumline was the bomb and we would have done something with nunchaku sticks during a drum break or 3... ANYway...you know you are an obsessive martial artist when you start thinking of ways to turn EVERYTHING into weapons... shi wa hei to de aru"All are equal in the grave"
karatekid1975 Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 Hehehehehe. I agree. Yea, the drumline could have done something like martial arts skit or something LOL Laurie F

You play drums with nunchakku (Done by me before )... You wear your gi to school on all non-uniform days... dragons_wrath99 Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 You know you are obsessed with martial arts when you see a rainbow and wonder why the colors don't go in the same order as your belt ranking system. "A black belt is a white belt that never gave up."
Grimslade Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 When you get to the dojo so earlier than the instructor every day that he gives you a key to the dojo and says "Come train whenever you like, even if Im not here". "I am your judge, Executioner, jury, Executioner, lawyer, prosecutor, and if necessary... your Executioner"
L0G1C Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 You're too obsessed with MA when your ideal date is going to dojo.I'd agree with the one about critiquing the MA movies, but i watch a lot of bruce lee, Jackie Chan's old Chinese movies, Shaw Bros. and Tony Jaa movies, so sadly, there's not much to critique, only stuff to be in awe about. "How does Tony Jaa have those hops?" "I never knew Jackie Chan could use a sword." "Why is Bruce Lee such a savage?" "See, this verse is blessed with this skill from a subject and verb specialist. My lyrics hit ya mental like a double reverse crescent kick.See, y'all can mention me as that emcee as 10th degree verbal black belt."
L0G1C Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 When the poor soul behind you gets a spinning reverse roundhouse to his skull when all he wanted was the directions to some place. That kick brings a tear to my eye when I see it or do it. "See, this verse is blessed with this skill from a subject and verb specialist. My lyrics hit ya mental like a double reverse crescent kick.See, y'all can mention me as that emcee as 10th degree verbal black belt."
Whitefeather Posted April 21, 2006 Posted April 21, 2006 When you are in your spanish class and the teacher finishes a section by saying "Esta bien?" and you reply "Hi".David "Between genius and insanity, there lies a fine line. Sohan Posted April 21, 2006 Posted April 21, 2006 You name your child Matsumura or Itosu, and you're not even Asian. You go out dancing and end up doing kata on the dance floor. You use sais to toss your dinner salads. You make karateforums.com your home page on your browser. You make your children refer to you as "Sensei".You're no longer welcome at Habitat for Humanity because you can't resist breaking all the wood.Sensei asks YOU for clarification on a technique. You legally change your name to Chuck Norris. When there's a riot, the police call YOU for extra weapons and protective gear.Respectfully, Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth."
