TigerHeart Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 Hi, everyone, im 16 I've just Started Muay Thai for about 10 lessons now, I was unfit but only a months training make me fit, last month ago I run 2x a week about 30 minutes each and was knacked, now I do 4x a week, of running 3x 30 minutes a 1x 1 hour, I Include some skipping shadowboxing sprints into my routines, I've ahd 3 sparring match won 2 lose 1. My time on an arena 10.09 minutes for 1.5miles aiming for 9 minutes somehting this months, My freind told me all about the baseball bat etc, and sprinting, For the expericed muay thai fighter out there plz give me some helpful tips, to the long journey of muay thai. I want to be really good, Height around 5'8' weight 135pounds There will be a day that you can't cope with your life, I want you to look at the star and remember, I always smile back at you. luV u lots Jen
