I know very well that good strong techniques are more important, but try your good strong techniques in a flimsy gi and see if you could impress the judges. I don't see the posts as a lecture...you asked a group and they replied....I thought that was the idea of this forum? A punch should stay like a treasure in the sleeve. But what type of gi's do people or your like to wear for kata, what feels good? i prefer a long skirt on the jacket, not to long arms and legs, and i am finding them hard to find as they tend to shrink in the wash. that does my head in. oliver willison Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
