Ben Martin Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 thaks man, im gona try the burpee interval out to mo morning. i used to do a similar thing where i would shadow kickbox for 2 mins and then do 25 burpees and repeat it until i can't any more but i havent done that in awhile. i think ill try 1 rounds of boxing then 1 round of kicking then 1 round of both twice tomorow. that ultimate burpee looks sick. cross Posted March 8, 2005 Posted March 8, 2005 Great, tell us how that goes. My workouts consist of fairly basic bodyweight excercises. The good thing about burpees is that they combine a few of these movements into one, making them great if you dont have much time/space or if you are traveling.
TigerHeart Posted March 9, 2005 Posted March 9, 2005 Burpees are excellet, but its' really hard for me though, There will be a day that you can't cope with your life, I want you to look at the star and remember, I always smile back at you. luV u lots Jen

hobz Posted March 9, 2005 Posted March 9, 2005 Try doing them with a tuck jump at the top. Rule #1: Play the game to the limit. Damn the consequences.
TigerHeart Posted March 10, 2005 Posted March 10, 2005 That's what I do tuck your leg up, to make it harder that will make you stay out the air shorter and more on the ground...
