YODA Posted February 19, 2002 Author Share Posted February 19, 2002 It only matters if you intend using the dummy as originally intended - to hone & work the basic structure of Wing Chun tools - The angles on the dummy are designed to facilitate correct structure in things like tan-sao, boang-sao, huen-sao & kwan-sao. The JKD Kid Posted March 6, 2002 Share Posted March 6, 2002 Hey Yoda, I only do the Dummy set that my teacher showed me, I believe its the Gung FU set your talking about, In my school, we train in all aspects of what Bruce did, every thing from Hong Kong, to La/China town. I tried making one out of a telephone pole in my back yard, but that didnt work out well, haha.
