1kickKO Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Most grappling out there is great grappling, there isn't really any "best" grappling, every grappling school has their pros and cons....but tuh answer your question, I just train in traditional jujitsu.

1kickKO Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Not nearly...the best grappling around is the one that focuses solely on that...grappling. Jujitsu I believe would be the best style for ground0fighting, because that's what it focuses on.
