15-lisa-newbie Posted February 26, 2005 Share Posted February 26, 2005 i dont really think its "whats better" they are the same, if you have macho headgear and someone hits you in the head, you arent going to get brain damage, if you have century headear you arent going to get brain damage, its all bout the fit and the shape of your head, so you cant really ask people about what fits them better, it wont work for you, and i wouldnt advise you buying off of the internet, you should go to a store and try some on, get a tight fit, but not too tight, if someone that had sparring gear, and wouldnt mind going with you, let them help you pick some out.
