Sphinx Posted March 11, 2005 Author Posted March 11, 2005 Yeh i totally would but...........i toom it apart coz me dad wanted the rope and i am at the moment trying to make it again. The problem is the paint lid is bent. Basically what it was, was a short sword with a hooked handle. Attached to the hande was two short ropes. And on the end of one of the ropes was a paint lid which i was pretending was a circular blade. If you take the paint lid off and hold the weapon by the blade you can also use the ropes as weird whip things. Pretty kool. I don't think i've ever seen it on a movie b4.? Buy low, sell high, take your pills, tell your lies, fake your tan, wear a tie, go to the gym, you'll never die !!!
Hogosha Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 Well I wouldn't call it much of anything but me and my friend cut down his bokken so it was the size of a wakizashi and the bit of the handle we cut off I drilled a hole at the end of one side and put rope through it. Basiclly it's like a block of wood on rope and you use it to smash cans off a wall from a distance, lol. - Hogosha
harleyt26 Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 The okinawans have a weapon called a suruchin which is a piece of rope with a heavy dart or spike tied to one end and a large fishing weight tied to the other end. I have a photo but I cannot get it to post here. migi kamae, migi bo kihon ichi
username9 Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 Wait I have never seen that movie, I don't want to so tell me what, please! Its like a whip sword, Is it already real? Damn! Back to the drawing board. That chick in Soul Caliber 2 uses something like that!
Taku-Shimazu Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 No, not like that, is that even possible? think that but without all of the links except the last one on the tip of the sword. The cool summer breeze passes me by.
The_One Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 Yeah, I have made my own weapon before. I copied the bow and arrow and just made it smaller. I took apart a pen, and cut a hole in the barrel where the ink cartridge is held. Iput a rubberband through the top and the bottom of the barrel. That would be the bow. I them use the ink cartridge as the arrow. Yeah, I have some time on my hands and Iwas bored. It is better to burn out than to fade out!
ShotokanKid Posted March 20, 2005 Posted March 20, 2005 I "made" a pretty good weapon in the PE locker with my PE shirt. A kid I know was changing and I snapped it against him perfectly. He's a paintballer but it hurt enough to make him say "OWWW!!!" I've been practicing with it, knocking over things and what not. "What we do in life, echoes in eternity.""We must all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men."
